Our Personalised Reasons Why I am Marrying You make it easy for you to tell your true love why you’ve chosen them.
Make your wedding day magical. We’ve created the perfect present for the happy couple to exchange on their big day. Every set contains ten little glass tubes, each containing a special message. They’re the perfect keepsake.
How much do I love you? Let me count the ways. Well, ten to be precise. Ten little ways to tell the one you love why you want to spend the rest of your days together. Maybe it’s the dreams you share – the places you want to go, the sights you want to see. Or maybe it’s the little things, like the way they bring you a cup of tea in bed at the weekends.
Each tube contains a message with ‘I choose you because…’ printed on the outside of the paper insert. You decide what goes on theinside. Ten opportunities to let that special someone know why you want to spend the rest of your life with them. Simply tell us, and we’ll do the rest.
You will receive a beautiful white gift box, inscribed in gold. Inside it, ten glass tubes are neatly tucked up under a beautiful vellum cover, personalised with a message of your choice. Each tube is sealed with a cork and contains your special message – printed on gold-coloured paper and folded for secrecy.
Vellum cover: add your personalised cover message. There is a character limit of 150, including spaces and punctuation. If you would prefer not to personalise this part, then please leave the box blank when completing your order.
The outside message on each reason (the one you can see when you first open the box and remove the vellum cover sheet) is not personalised and will read I choose you because. You will see your personalised message when you pull the message from the tube and unfold it. Your character limit does not include the outside message, so you are free to type up to 60 wonderful characters.
Messages for the tubes: there is a limit of 60 characters for each bottle, including punctuation and spaces.
Please note: all personal messages will be printed exactly as we receive them. Check your grammar and spelling carefully before completing your order. We will not supply a proof copy.
Some languages cannot be used due to the need for specific characters. Please also avoid using symbols such as hearts or smiley faces. If in doubt, get in touch with us before ordering.

We aim to post purchases within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. If it is going to take us a little longer to get your item into the post, we will contact you to let you know. We post all our goodies with Royal Mail, our standard mail is sent RM48 but you can upgrade to RM24 if you prefer. Please select this when placing your order.
If you're in the UK we estimate your purchase will arrive within 3 working days from dispatch using RM48 and 2 working days using RM24, if you're overseas it can vary depending on your location but for example for customers in the US it should arrive within 7-10 from the date of dispatch. If you're in the EU it will generally take 5-7 days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch. We send all overseas deliveries tracked.
We always package our products carefully so that they reach you in tip-top condition.
On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage. We will then be in touch to resolve this for you. We do not usually request damaged items to be returned to us, but please do not dispose of any items until we have been in touch to confirm we will not require it returning.
Please note - if you wish to return your order, the cost of the return postage will not be refunded by us unless the item is faulty.
This also applies to any international delivery charges.
If an item is returned to us because it has not been collected from the sorting office, is addressed incorrectly, or has been marked 'return to sender' we will pass on the costs we incur from Royal Mail. This will either be done by invoicing you for the additional costs alongside the extra postage costs in sending this back out to you, or by deducting the cost from the refund. We do not look to make money from this, we simply need to cover the costs that Royal Mail charge us for these services.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We take great care when making our products so that you receive something that you are really pleased with. However, we do understand that sometimes things can be overlooked. If there is something that you are not happy with, please send us a message so we can see how we can help to put that smile back on your face.

We are not able to advise on whether items you purchase will be subject to the payment of VAT or customs charges when shipped internationally and we are not responsible for the payment of any of these charges. Please seek information and advice in your own country if you are unsure of anything.
